Joanne Davis founded Joanne Davis Consulting in 2000 after a successful agency career. As a senior agency leader for over 15 years, she was on the "other side" of hundreds of searches. After living through good searches and bad searches, she promised her clients (and herself) to correct the wrongs. The consulting firm specializes in a full range of client services to maximize the client/agency relationship. The firm works with clients in the U.S. and globally via its shareholder partnership with SCAN International.

Mary Ellen Andras has been the senior consultant with Joanne Davis Consulting Inc. since 2002. She has been actively involved in the firm’s consulting work for the Association of National Advertisers, Bausch & Lomb, BlueCross BlueShield, Choice Hotels, Jim Beam Brands, Macy’s and T.G.I. Friday’s to name a few. She oversees the primary and secondary research into firms/agencies with capabilities most relevant to search criteria while collaborating on RFP and response review in addition to working with clients during the subsequent phases of the search process.
